ROBOTIC ZINK SPRAYING

Iskra Semič was looking for a solution for a cell in which they would spray zinc onto capacitors.

At Nopromat, we integrated a solution with two Fanuc robots. The robots for painting and applying materials are located in a completely closed aluminium housing, in which an overpressure is created to protect the robot against the intrusion of paint or in this case zinc dust.
