Contact details submitted when filling out or submitting the form are needed to process your request and to communicate with you regarding information about our services. If you fail to provide us with the above stated contact details, we will not be able to process your request.
Nopromat.si respects your privacy and is committed to being as diligent as possible regarding the collection, storage and processing of your personal data, and to always working in accordance with the current personal data protection regulation.
To prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of the collected data, to maintain the accuracy of personal data and to ensure their appropriate use we are using suitable technical and organisational procedures for the protection of data we are collecting. Nopromat.si cannot exclude potential data abuse because internet is an unpredictable medium, despite all security measures and secure communication protocols.
Consent
Personal data submitted upon completing the form are processed with your clear and unambiguous consent based on Article 6 (1), (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You consent to the processing of personal data by ticking the contact form to agree to the Data Protection Policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail at the following address: matjaz@nopromat.si. Potential withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of your personal data processing in the period before the withdrawal was submitted.

In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data, the right to modification, deletion, transferability, the right to request limitation of data processing and the right to object.

Personal data retention period
Nopromat.si stores your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose of processing the order or request.
The retention period of personal data may vary depending on the applicable sectoral legislation (e.g. tax, accounting legislation). In the event that the applicable sectoral legislation sets mandatory deadlines for the storage of personal data, Nopromat.si deletes personal data after the expiry of the statutory mandatory period.
