IMP

ROBOTIC PAINTING

IMP, a company that manufactures industrial fittings for drinking and industrial water systems, was looking for a solution to replace the manual painting of iron castings.

At Nopromat, we made a cell for robotic painting. The cell consists of two work booths into which the operator inserts the products.

The boots are separate and are alternately closed with sliding doors. While the operator inserts a new product or picks up the finished product from one cabin, the robot can paint in another booth.

The painting system allows the selection of five different colours and rinsing with water.

The cell is controlled by a Siemens controller and allows data to be stored on the company server.

We have obtained subsidy for the operation “Digital Marketing Voucher”.

The investment – developing a website – is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the EU European Regional Development Fund.
