ROBOTIC GRINDING
Due to the increased amount of work the company manufacturing custom-made wooden furniture was looking for a solution for sanding wooden products.
At Nopromat, we have developed a solution with a robotic cell consisting of a Fanuc robotic manipulator and a Fanuc turntable.
The turntable consists of four work surfaces on which the operator can place the workpieces.
The robot has an AOK (active orbital kit) mounted on the 6th axis. AOK is a device that enables a constant grinding force with a built-in electric eccentric grinder. It enables adjustment of turns and setting of any pressure force on the workpiece.
